The average length of stay for acute psychiatric care is nine to 11 days. Residential psychiatric treatment typically lasts six to eight months.

Yes. The legal guardian approves a phone call list for the patient which indicates who can call. For privacy reasons, the legal guardian is given a patient ID that must be provided when anyone calls the patient.

We cannot offer diagnosis, counseling or recommendations online, but an assessment and referral specialist is available 24 hours, seven days a week at 662-779-0119. In case of a mental health crisis, call 988 or seek the nearest emergency room
